Today I spent some time outside the MAC store in Liverpool stopping customers as they left the store to see if they would mind answering a few questions about some market research I was doing for MAC.
After managing to stop a handful of people throughout the day I decided I had enough information to work with in order to determine whether the products I want to launch are suitable or not for the brand.
In my results I found that the older the customer, (still mid twenties) the happier they were to pay more. In my questionnaire I firstly asked whether they would be interested in the product, and then how much they would be willing to pay out of three options.
I am now going to type up my results into word, before putting them into a chart to display the results properly.
