From my results I have determined that the products I am going to design for MAC; the charm bracelet, handbag, sunglasses and suitcase would all be suitable. As the large majority of the customers I asked seemed keen on the products.
I found that most customers shop at MAC for both the quality and price of the products, they were willing to pay MAC's higher prices as they were confident that the quality of the product they receive are worth it.
This information will help me when pricing up my products, as long as they represent MAC's quality, then pricing them should be easy, as long as I price them so they also fit in with competitors.
I found that most people would be willing to pay up to £50 for the sunglasses.
Most people would be willing to pay up to £100 for the handbag.
Most people would be willing to pay up to £50 for the charm bracelet.
I therefore will aim to price within this range, to fit in with customer needs.
I will have to take into consideration competitor prices too however.
