MAC - Charity & Membership Programme

Through my research I have found a fantastic publication about MAC including their brand values, history, target audience etc.

Through this publication I learned that 51% of MAC was acquired by Estee Lauder in 1995. In 1998 they purchased the remaining 49%.
Under Estee Lauder's ownership MAC's success continues to grow, however they still maintain they values and mission to offer 'high quality, innovative, cruelty-free products to meet the needs of all races, ages and genders.'

MAC have core values and are an economical, giving brand.
They are in association with raising money for AIDS  with their own charity MACAIDSFUND.org

MAC also stick to their roots by supporting current Make Up Artists with their MAC Pro programme.

"M·A·C PRO Membership Program is a paid for membership program open to makeup professionals (Makeup Artists, Aestheticians, Cosmetologists, Hairstylists, Fashion Stylists, Nail Technicians, Costume Designers, Models, On-Air Talent/Performers, and Photographers). M·A·C PRO Membership enables the makeup professional to look to M·A·C for more than simply satisfying all of your product needs. Throughout the program you can count on us to provide you with the highest level of service, unique educational experiences and the most comprehensive selection of professional makeup."
